Cancellation Policy

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
Please provide me as much notice as you can.
I will authorize:

BEFORE 9AM, at least TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR

• FULL BIKE RENTAL REFUND if you call me (speak or leave a message)
• 50% refund for ALL TOUR SERVICES if you decide to cancel

24 HOURS AND UNDER:

•Non-refundable $150 vehicle cancellation fee

•Non-refundable $60(eUrban)$125(eMtn) bike cancellation fee

WEATHER POLICY
• Bike refunds apply

• Rain-checks and options for tour services are negotiable

• Tours can be changed to vehicle tours or re-booked

• Cancellation without re-booking will be 50$ per person

For eUrban bike tours, please make sure your are a bike rider. If its determined that your ability to ride on streets with light traffic, rolling gravel roads, paved and gravel bike trails is an issue, for your safety and the groups we will re-route or even cancel your participation.
